What people are saying.

Thousands of households have made Khayul part of their daily routine. Here's what a few of them had to say.

"

Genuinely didn't expect to notice a difference between waters, but Khayul tastes cleaner — no aftertaste at all. It's the only bottle in our fridge now.

"

We switched our whole office pantry to the 5L jars. Delivery has been on time every single week without us having to follow up.

"

The packaging alone sold me — sturdy, recyclable, and doesn't leave that plasticky smell some other brands have. Small thing, but it matters.

"

I was skeptical about the "glacier sourced" claim until I actually read into it. Genuinely impressive how transparent they are about the whole process.

"

Ordered the mini bottles for a family trek and they held up perfectly. Lightweight, didn't leak once, and tasted fresh even after a full day out.

2019est. The year we bottled our first batch
Khayul

A small team, obsessed with one thing.

Khayul started with a simple frustration — most bottled water tasted the same, and none of it told you where it actually came from. So we built a brand around transparency: one source, fully traceable, bottled close to where it's drawn. No blending, no shortcuts, just a small team in the mountains making sure every batch meets the same standard we'd want for our own families.

Where does Khayul water actually come from?

Khayul is sourced from glacier melt at 4,200m in Ladakh. It travels through rock and snow before being sealed at the source, with no blending from other water bodies.

Is Khayul lab tested and certified?

Yes. Every batch is verified in an NABL-accredited lab before it leaves our facility, and we're certified under FSSAI, ISI, and ISO 9001 standards.

Does Khayul contain any added minerals?

No. We don't add or strip anything from the water. What you get is exactly what nature filtered through glacier and rock, with zero processing or additives.

What sizes are available and where can I buy them?

Khayul is sold by the crate — 30 bottles of 250ml, 20 bottles of 500ml, or 12 bottles of 1L — plus 20L jars for offices and dispensers. You can order directly from our website or find select sizes at partner stores.

How long does delivery usually take?

Most orders are delivered within 24-48 hours in serviceable areas. Bulk and office orders can be scheduled on a recurring weekly basis.

Do you offer a subscription for regular delivery?

Yes, you can set up a weekly or monthly subscription during checkout. You're free to pause, modify, or cancel it at any time from your account.

Is the packaging recyclable?

All Khayul bottles and jars are made from recyclable, food-grade materials, and we're actively working toward fully sustainable packaging across our range.

How should I store Khayul bottles at home?

Store bottles in a cool, shaded place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, we recommend finishing the bottle within a day or two for the freshest taste.

Do you take bulk orders for events or offices?

Absolutely. We work with offices, events, and hospitality partners on bulk orders with custom delivery schedules. Reach out to our team to set up a plan.
